The President and Chief Executive Officer of Mega M LLC is Miron Gilyadoff. Mr. Gilyadoff has over 14 years of experience as a senior sales executive with a proven sales track record in merchant services industry. He has operated a successful bankcard services Independent Sales Organization (ISO) and has worked as a Merchant Level Salesperson (MLS) with Concord EFS and FMBS (which is currently Online Data a wholly owned subsidiary of I Payment). Miron was one of the original founders of GM Merchant Solutions currently Acies, Inc. Initially he was responsible for identifying and developing regional sales channels for the company. Later in 2004 he served as Vice President of Indirect Sales, Miron was responsible for the wholesale division that catered to independent agents and Independent Sales Organizations. He has an intricate working knowledge of all facets of the acquiring industry.

Steven Cohen is the Vice President of sales of Mega M llc.. Mr. Cohen served as senior vice president of Merchant Money source and after a merger, with Timberline capital. Throughout the past two years Steven has secured and maintained a funding network of over a dozen public and private funding companies and has funded thousands of merchants millions of dollars .For ten years Steven owned and operated Marquis financial service ,a boutique style broker-dealer that catered to accredited investors worldwide to meet personal, business and investment banking needs. Mr. Cohen has twenty five years experience of owning and managing small and medium size business, including but not limited to finance, auto repair and restaurants.

Director of Information Technology is Georgy Usov. Georgy holds a Master of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. He also as several key certifications in network administration, security, and network management. Georgy has in depth knowledge of the ATM and bankcard processing industry. He has consulted and implemented several high end solutions for Russian banking clients. Georgy manages all the technical and support departments for Mega M.

Director of Operations - Yelena Krentsil. Yelena has been certified and trained on the First Data platform and procedures. Yelena's mortgage management experience has proven invaluable, her ability to multi-task and manage a multitude of processes and procedures will enable us to manage our rapid expansion targets.
